The Center for Women’s Leadership believes equitable leadership will lead to better solutions for the complex problems challenging our world. We envision an Oregon where women have equal representation in leadership positions and lead confidently in their chosen fields. The Center aims to be an advocate, an authority, and a resource that provides women with the knowledge and networks needed to take on leadership roles throughout Oregon. Each year over 550 of Oregon's top leaders join to celebrate and support another year of the emerging leadership stories of girls and women. Make sure you are among them this year by purchasing a ticket, because we know that given the opportunity and training, she will lead for a lifetime.
